Follow these 3 easy steps!

1) Fill out Registration Form (for each camper attending)

​

2) Receive confirmation email and send back filled out medical release form (if you attended camp this summer 2021 we already have your medical release on file)

​

3) Bring printed confirmation email which will serve as your ticket to Cottonwood Farm!

Due to the possibility of cancellation because of weather, please bring cash or check (made out to Lisa Howard) upon arrival. No need for a deposit as the confirmation email will hold your spot.
